My goals for clients are to provide a safe space to feel accepted, be understood, and be heard without judgment. I believe the client is the expert on what they want and need in their life. With the right tools and support, anyone can change and live the life they deserve. I want clients to know they are not alone in the healing process.

My goal for our work together is to use creative, meaningful, and evidence-based strategies to help you find a more grounded place in your life. I typically incorporate elements of ACT, Emotionally-Focused/Attachment Therapy, Relational Cultural Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to walk with you throughout some of life’s most pressing & painful challenges.

For the past eight years, I have worked with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, life transitions, communication, self-esteem, and the general stressors of daily life. I aim to create a warm, open, judgment-free space for clients to feel safe as they begin their journey of wellness and healing.
